Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, doi: 10.1038/s41594-025-01655-w (17 July 2025).
In this paper, lamina-associated domains were scrambled using transposon local hopping to create deletions and inversions spanning LADs and flanks. Mapping of subsequent nuclear lamina interactions revealed multivalent and cooperative contacts between LADs and NL. Manuscript reproducibility Transposon integration mapping

In this paper, we mapped mouse neuronal cell type gene expression profiles to human orthologs, and conducted robust statistical testing to identify SNPs from 42 neuropsychiatric, substance use and behavioral/quantitative brain-related traits with enrichment in brain cell types. Github repo
